yourtrainer.ie is a highly unique personal training service that utilises ‘The PT Advantage’ exercise prescription application. Once signed up you will be granted access to your own personal log-in account that serves as the interface for viewing your weekly exercise schedule as assigned by your trainer.
‘The PT Advantage’ is an extremely innovative interface with which to view and track your training and nutrition goals. There is nothing “virtual” about this process and it offers the following benefits:
Everything from the equipment you have available to the amount of time you have to train is taken into account when formulating your programme and we will work with you closely, ensuring that each week you will receive an updated training schedule accounting for changes in your individualised periodisation, as well as training intensity and volumes and any individual scheduling considerations that life throws up. With high quality videos attached to every exercise you will never be in doubt as to what is required of you and we only prescribe effective movements free of gimmicky machines that waste your time and effort while yielding substandard results. Tell us what your goals are and we will formulate a training and nutrition strategy that is both affordable and highly effective.

Our nutrition logs allow you to effectively track your daily intake of food and receive regular realtime feedback on what improvements can be made in relation to the amount and type of foods you are eating. Nutrition is the most important element in attaining your physical goals and the daily logs offer client accountability as well as a source of quality advice that can be used to fine tune your habits over time. We check our clients logs all the time and you will receive regular nutrition reports on what you are doing and how it can be improved.
Once signed up to yourtrainer.ie you will have unlimited access to communication with your trainer both through ‘The PT Advantage’ or standard email if you prefer. There are no stupid questions, whatever you need help with will be taken care of and will be done so with efficiency and privacy. If you want to workout but have no equipment or if you simply don’t like the gym, we can help you. If you need to improve your sporting performance by becoming faster and stronger, we can help you.
